iOS 8 support

Please, right now this $9 app is useless. Crashes and will not open.

Dead/unusable on OS8 :-(

Needs update to be working on OS 8. Good support....received immediate response to my question about an update. Update for OS 8 soon :-)

Rarely used

Seeing as many apps are not compatible with this, I dont use it very often. Comes in handy when it works right, but doesnt quite do what I thought it did.

Fantastic app, outstanding customer support.

This app is awesome. My akai synthstation 25 and 49 are no longer obsolete. It is confusing to use for those not familiar with midi and hex values and such; but the developer goes above and beyond in personally assisting you in setting it up.

essential connector

I wanted to plug my MIDI Fighter Twister into an old iPod Touch and use it to wirelessly control a mixer plugged into my Macbook. MIDI Bridge was an essential connector to make that happen.

Little Problem Solver

I always have this running. Either its converting my MIDI out into a thru, or its rewriting CCs or revealing the iPads many MIDI mysteries. If you have a studio, you will probably end up with this app.

Great app, very necessary

Midibridge is awesome. It was able to solve a huge problem preventing me from operating my lighting setup properly. Where multiple other apps and workarounds failed, MidiBridge succeeded with ease. Highly recommend.

Wish it worked

Such a great idea and I know it would be worth it but I just paid money for 3 minutes of an app. It crashes every time I open it. I would love an update soon or my money back would be great,

...another great app bites the dust

Looks like another great MIDI app that is no longer being supported and should be taken out of the Apple store. iPad version crashers and closes after 5-10 seconds on iOS 9. No update in a year. No mention of iOS 9 compatibility or lack of. As for me, I am moving to the Gorges Midi Router. Cheaper, and it works.

Essential MIDI app. IOS 9 crashes though

This app has quickly made its way onto my list of gear essentials due to its incredibly useful and dynamic MIDI routing options, but since upgrading to iOS 9 I crash on startup. Just reinstalled as per the instructions for iOS 9 users to do so, but to no avail. Im sure the dev will get it sorted out as quickly as possible. In the meantime, I feel slightly crippled.

Crash Party

Does what its supposed to do. Crashes on the network connect command though as Im not using that its no problem for myself. iOS 9 user.

Loved it til I got IOS9

This App was precisely what I needed and I used it barely constantly until I got iOS 9. Now it crashes on start up and will not run at all. Despite having deleted the app from my iPad and then reinstalled from the cloud, as advised by the developer, it still does not work at all. I hope that the developer will do an update. Until then, I cant recommend this app for purchase.

Obsolete app

This app was very nice in the past. Now is not compatible with the recent iOS and most music apps are not supported by this. Unless it get updated, do not buy this.

Incredible feat of programming & great capabilities

I had gotten involved with MIDI in the early 80s and continued until about 2001 or so, when music making fell by the wayside. I never even got to unwrap and install some of the cool gadgets I bought between then and now, like the AKAI SynthStation25 etc. I was just blown away by the capabilities these guys have managed to put into an iOS app (which I am running on the current latest iOS 9.2.1 I believe on a literally more than 4 years old iPhone 4S that I had sitting idle. I have not had any crashes (at least yet). The price may be a turn off for some iOS users used to 99 cents apps, but as an electronic/electrical engineer I can appreciate the effort that went into what is essentially a niche product. And even then it is cheaper than the 10 feet long MIDI cables I just ordered from Amazon. I just hope that they make the effort to update the app as new versions of iOS come out, and at least have a slightly more readable instruction manual than the web page. But overall, I am grateful that this app exists.
